SHIPPING:

Requiem offers domestic USPS First Class shipping (3-5 days) for a flat rate of $8.00- This method is insured.

USPS Express Shipping (1-2 days) is available for a flat rate of $15.00- This method is insured.

International shipping is available for $25.00- This method is insured.

If you would prefer a different method of shipment, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

“Ready to Ship” collection pieces will be shipped within 2 business days. “Made to Order” collection pieces take 2-3 weeks to create and will ship upon completion.

Shipment for engagement rings and other high-value items may incur higher shipping charges. Engagement ring and custom jewelry shipments will be coordinated with each client to ensure safe and timely delivery.

RESIZING:

We offer one free sizing with all Requiem ring purchases. Shipping charges may apply.

  • Love a piece in our “ready to ship” collection but its not your size? No worries! We will resize it before shipping at no additional cost (as long as the piece is eligible for resizing). Select your size when adding the product to your cart. Please allow 5 business days before shipment for resizing.

  • Requiem engagement ring doesn’t fit just right? Contact us and we will coordinate an insured shipment to resize your ring.

  • Purchased a collection piece and need it sized? We’ll fix it as soon as possible, just send it back to us. Contact us for instructions. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Don’t know your finger size? Email samantha@requiemjewelry.com and request a disposable ring sizer- We'll send it to you and you can size yourself!

REPAIRS:

Requiem does not do repairs on pieces purchased elsewhere. If you have a problem with a Requiem piece, please contact us so we can help. Fees may apply.

RETURN POLICY:

We will be surprised if you don’t love your piece, but we always take care of our customers.

All custom and ‘made-to-order’ collection pieces are final sale; for all other items, we have a 7 day return policy. The customer has 7 days from the day they receive their package to ship the item back. Upon receipt of the return we will issue a refund less shipping costs to the original method of payment.

  • All custom made pieces are final sale- this includes pieces from the “made to order” collection as well as engagement rings and any other custom design projects. If a custom-made piece is not to your expectations, please reach out. We will always work with our customers to make sure you get exactly what you are looking for.

  • All “ready to ship” collection pieces are returnable within the 7-day time period unless otherwise stated in the description of a specific piece.

  • All pieces that have been resized or altered in any way after purchase are final sale.

  • All items purchased at a discounted price are final sale.

ENGAGEMENT RING PRICING:

There is no “per hour” fee to work with Requiem on a custom engagement ring. The price is simply the cost of the diamond and the setting, plus any applicable taxes and shipping charges. Because our rings are bespoke and we do not have a large inventory nor a brick & mortar storefront, we are able to operate on smaller margins and pass those savings onto our customers! We work with any and all budgets.

We will source a selection of diamonds to your exact specifications, and a 50% deposit is required to hold the stone you choose.

When the diamond is selected and the deposit is paid, Requiem will begin building your perfect engagement ring. When the piece is completed the remaining balance is due before shipment.

We do not currently offer in-house financing options, but we will be happy to point you in the direction of a few options should you be interested.
